Martha’s Vineyard ( of )
A graphics designer with eleven acres of property a mile from the beach wanted to build a new house. The house is sighted for optimal views of the ocean and to maximize natural light. Elevated public spaces that maximize views, and living spaces tucked below for easy access from the beach and the outdoors, are at the heart of the design concept. Organized simply, the house accommodates large groups of guests or provides an intimate setting for two.
