La Badoque ( of )
A French vintner with an abandoned villa in Limoux in the South of France located on an idyllic spot overlooking the Pyrenees wanted to create a family home that would be passed down to his sons. The building was derelict for thirty years and had no running water and minimal electricity. The residence is expanded and reorganized into a modern living space with all the up-to-date conveniences. Many of the details of the local architecture are reflected in the design. The final result: the feel of an estate that has already been in the family for generations.
