Flatiron Loft
A composer wanting a loft look and feel with aural separation for both home recording and frequent guests purchased a space in an old factory building converted into apartments. The loft was divided into two bedrooms and a recording studio. It is a blend of the industrial feeling of the loft and the organization and privacy of an apartment.
